Transcript Requests
To order an official Aviation High School transcript you must do the following:
- Pay online here. You can also pay by check or money order. Make a $5 check or money order payable to Aviation High School.
- Go the Transcript Request Page of our school website for instructions.
** NOTE: You must submit ALL required documents and Identification card via email or fax. Fax: 718-349-2787 or email: nrodriguez56@schools.nyc.gov
Submission of payment for the transcript without completeing all required forms found on our transcript request page will not result in a completed request**
